Lavender - Kuta Lombok

We had booking 3 deluxe rooms on 21-24 Nov 2011. The aircond for the room no 318 was broken at the first night. We make the complaint to the counter but they don"t care of us. They just said that the rooms were fully booked. But they just charged the total amount in my bill. My husband & son just slept in my room because they room was very hot.The towels was very dirty and no toilet facilities in the bathroom. I wouldn"t recomend this hotel to the others. This is a very , very bad and poor hotel in my travelling to Bali. Pls don"t stay in this hotel.It is not the 3 starts hotel.

good place....especially when u choose pool villa,,,,it's very quiet... there was jacuzzii in bath room...lovely stay at there....good food....and drink...u have to call the reservation to this hotel...a week before stay...if u want pick up transfer from the airport...

the lobby was very old...i think don't book for a hotel room....cause no view up there....and the pool area not very large....if the bell boy tell u there was service if u want pick up from the room at villa to the lobby....no way...no answer for that....except just for check in and check out.... the light at pool villa is too dark...it's fearful staying at pool alone... no transfer back to the airport ...it charge 70.000 rp,,,btw the distance from the hotel is very near....:(....better call a cab it only 50.000 rp...

Villa Room with private pool is amazing. The quiet of the place and the staff is very friendly

the breakfast is not really good and a bit poor but it seems to be like that in lot of hotel in Bali

A lot of Mosquitos in the villa. Very out of busy area kind of resort.

I like the design of their double bed room, with space which is very much value for money paid. Breakfast provided was good, welcome drink was so nice! Hotel staffs were friendly. Would like to stay for my next trip to Bali.

Maybe our room was located at the ground floor, there were quite a number of mosquitoes at night annoying us while sleeping. At first I was attracted by their swimming pool which was uploaded at the website, but then the swimming pool at the website isn't the real one in the hotel compound, instead the one published at internet is belonged to Pool Villa.

A lot of litlle job started in roons but not finish propely.....the fridge in room317 had a bad smell of mould and the air conditioner .......filtring sistem need washing and drying before you put back air comd will minize the mould coming back for longer

a good quit relaxing holiday we will go back the food great staff very helpfull

The Pool Villas are fantastic, very new, clean and very different to being in a hotel room. Location is close to Kuta and Tuban restaurants with closer access from the rear entrance.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. It was great. Very nice. All of the staff from front office to restaurant and house staff were really helpful. Food in the restaurant was good. Had dinner and lunch there every day.

The bathroom was dirty and they had cock roaches. The breakfast that was given was horible and they had a lot of flys. The twin beds were put together instead of seperated.

After being in Bali 7 times over many years would have to say that this is the worst place we have ever stayed at. The bathrooms stunk and the staff where very rude... They even over charged us on our drink bill....

I didn't like anything I though it was so different on the puctures

Too noisy because its close to high way, the receptionist are always smiling but they dont help you

Only 10 minutes from kuta beach. Junior suite for a good price. Beautiful bed. Very friendly staff. We couldn't take the breakfast because we were leaving but they gave us a breakfast box.

Old bathroom but clean.

Hotel staff was excellent. Food was good and it was very close to kuta market. Hotel also provides free shuttle service twice a day

Room was not that great. It has some renovation done but they look really old. They haven't changed the furniture
